Delete your account & data

You’re always in control of your Mivimed data. Here’s exactly how to remove it — and what happens when you do.

Delete it from the app

  1. 1 Open Mivimed and go to the Profile tab.
  2. 2 Scroll to the Danger Zone.
  3. 3 Choose Delete All Data (keep your account) or Delete Account (remove everything).
  4. 4 Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What gets removed

Delete All Data

Removes all your documents and files, AI analyses, appointments, medication reminders, doctors, facilities and tags. Your login stays, so you can start fresh with a clean account.

Delete Account

Removes everything above, plus your profile and your login itself. Your account can’t be recovered afterwards.

Can’t open the app?

Email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete your data for you. We respond within 30 days.
